OUR PASTOR
Elder Marc A. McAffee
We are truly blessed here at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church
to have Elder Marc McAffee serving the Lord as our Pastor. He
is truly a man dedicated to teaching and preaching God's word,
as he is led by the Holy Spirit. He will not compromise his position,
his beliefs, or his standards, to go along with today's popular opinions.
He is most assuredly a man called of God to this position. Pastor
McAffee has a common sense approach, and uses real-life
experiences with his bible-based teaching. Pastor McAffee, his
wife Oneykka, and their family walked in agreement with God's call for him at Emmanuel in 2009.
He is a loving,caring,and thoughtful Pastor to our congregation and to our community.
Qualifications
Pastor McAffee attended the University of Maryland and the Florida Bible College. He is a Licensed and Ordained Elder having shown himself in a harmonious walk with 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
Work in the Ministry
Pastor Mcaffee has been in the preaching ministry for over 20 years. He has been an Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor in churches in both Clearwater and Tampa, Fl. He has also served as a Church School Superintendent, Male Ministry Leader, and Ministers Training Leader. As well as doing outreach ministries in Largo, Fl. and Livorno, Italy, while he was in the US Army.
His Family
Pastor and Sister McAffee have been married over 20 years. Sis. McAffee is our Church clerk, She teaches youth bible studies and is Ministry head of our Women of Vision. They have four children Cierra, Ahlana, Alexander and Leviticus McAffee.
